My attention to detail and ability to listen will result in you getting the garden you want. I never rush into a design or suggest features for their own sake. Indeed, sometimes I will suggest only subtle changes where these will result in a new way of seeing your garden. I do not use a one-size-fits-all approach.
If you are interested in a tailored design for your garden, please contact me to discuss your requirements.
When we have finalised the plans, I am happy to either handover the design to a construction team or to work closely with them and oversee their work. If you opt for me to manage the construction phase, I am on hand to make those crucial on-site decisions that will inevitably crop up during this stage. I have worked hard at building relationships with a range of skilled and experienced suppliers, craftsmen and fellow designers/horticulturalists and am able to make recommendations and introductions should you wish me to.
Once the design has been agreed, I will discuss the construction arrangements with you.
Making the Most of What You’ve Got
I would be delighted to help you work out the best way to reorganise your garden without going to the lengths of a full redesign. Sometimes all that’s needed is a fresh pair of eyes and a few tricks of the trade to change a garden into a space that really satisfies your current needs.
If you want to discuss your existing garden and how to make the most out of it, just give me a call.
Local Authorities and Charities
I have worked on a variety of local authority and charity projects. One was Brunel 200 Project: a collaboration between Swindon Town Centre Management, six local charities, the Heritage Lottery Fund, the National Trust and a number of national household names and local businesses. I project managed the scheme and designed six community gardens built in Swindon Town Centre.
If you think I could help with your community or charity project, I would be delighted to hear from you.
Working with Businesses
I have helped businesses improve their turnover and improve the environment for their customers and employees with the use of horticulture and design. For example, by using innovative design and vandal resistant planting, I improved the indoor environment for customers and staff in a town centre Restaurant and did the same for the street-scene outside a high street business. The success of these projects was due to the in-depth approach I took to liaising with all relevant people.
Please do contact me to discuss how I might be able to provide similar services for your business.
